There is no entry fee to submit your work, regardless of whether your piece is for sale or for display only. On the submission form, please indicate if your artwork may be considered for sale. An artist may elect not to sell his/her piece; those items will be considered “For Display Only.” When pricing, please be aware that the artist will receive their “commission” of 70% of the selling price via check within 30 days of the close of the Show. Sold pieces may be purchased at any time, but will be marked as “SOLD” and must remain on display through the conclusion of the exhibit.

All work must be original and suitable for all-age public viewing. The Center Director reserves the right to reject any submitted artwork for display.
  • All artwork must be framed and/or mounted to a black or white backing strata (foam core board, easel, cardboard, poster board, construction paper, wood, etc.), with the exception of three dimensional freestanding sculpture, fabric art or textiles. Arrangements can be made with the Director if the student is unable to purchase the mounting materials. Every effort will be made to return the artwork in its original condition. However, the Center cannot be held responsible for lost, missing or damaged artwork. By submitting their work for the Show, the artist agrees to hold the Center and the instructors harmless in the unlikely event that their artwork is damaged.
